This award winning fresh food chain across the UK is a great bet during a busy work schedule or as a light lunch during a day of shopping. Perfect for the healthy person inside - leaves you feeling light, refreshed and somewhat satisfied.
This bright cuisine is highly recommended by Len&Mimi. Make sure you try their healthy drink mixers and sushi platters...delicious!

Coffee Republic (Tottenham Court Road)
http://www.coffeerepublic.co.uk/

With the winter months creeping in drastically it is so easy to have that snooze button hit several times and before you know it eeeeek there is no time for breakfast, THE MOST IMPORTANT MEAL OF THE DAY. In the winter breakfast is essential more than any other time of the year to fight off pesky viruses and colds.
Thankfully London is designed for those of us who snooze. With Tottenham Court Road being laden with breakfast choices today my choice was Coffee Republic.
What Leni ate?
COFFEE REPUBLIC GRANOLA CEREAL with Hot milk (you can choose cold) £1.90
Written by Eleni Charalambous Co-founder, Editor and Social Media consultant at LeniandMimi.
COFFEE REPUBLIC YOGURT WITH CHERRY CAPOTE £1.40
The atmosphere in this specific coffee shop is so European that it will give you a breathe of fresh air before you return to the busy London streets.

Taste the Greek at As Greek as it gets
http://www.asgreekasitgets.co.uk/
When it comes to food the Greeks know how to do it and 'As Greek as it Gets', Earl's Court is by far the best bit of Greek I have found in Central London. Amazing atmosphere, amazing people and the food was delicious. It is so close to the food from back home in Greece and Cyprus. Definitely a great evening out. The nostalgia on the walls helps to create the Mediterranean aura. A little bit of Greek in London town makes life better. Make sure you leave space for desert.
Leni and Mimi's choices for the evening were delicious. Great way to end the week. Kali Orexi.

Paul
http://www.paul-uk.com/
Shopping in Oxford Street and fancy a lunch or tea break? Then why not head to Paul, a French bakery and patisserie located in Regent Street. Cosy and relaxing with French music from the 20s playing, it is the ideal place for a break on Sunday afternoon. There is a wide selection of cakes and pastries but do try the new and delicious mozzarella and tomato portfeuille (see image above) which is served warm.

Different day…different weekend…different area… different Zizzi…
http://www.zizzi.co.uk/
With the chill in the air what better place to spend your weekend, than in Zizzi. Unlike last weekend this one is spent in Earl’s court – and with it’s buzzing ambience. The Zizzi in Earl’s Court is filled with chitter chatter – lively to get you geared up for the later part of the evening or in Leni and Mimi’s case XFactor. For a Saturday night this Zizzi is the best one.
Today it is all about the Spaghetti Pomodoro – with it’s succulent, ripe tomatoes and mozzarella chunk it makes the wintery nights seem far, far away. Simple spaghetti and tomatoes has been carefully made with the finest care to produce a classic. Satisfying dish.

Apostrophe
http://apostropheuk.com/
Carrot vs. Latte.
For health boosting drinks this winter Apostrophe is the key location. Since stumbling across this ideally located café Leni has decided to make a change in her lifestyle and switch her morning latte for a Fresh Fruit juice. After trying the apple and beetroot – her next try was the Carrot Juice. For an amazing price of £2.90 it will set you up for the day. Give apostrophe a go!
With the relaxed and city-like ambiance Apostrophe is perfect for those quick city catch ups.
For every 10 visits you get one free coffee…
“Carrots and carrot juice are absolutely loaded with vitamin A, which is an essential nutrient in maintaining not only healthy skin, but strong teeth and bones. Vitamin A is also known to boost the immune system, in addition to being a natural antioxidant. Recent studies have shown that individuals who have high levels of vitamin A in their blood, are less susceptible to early ageing, and generally have stronger immune systems.” – Carrotjuice.com

London Eye
Running out of ideas for your little ones this half term? Treat them to a spooky educational sightseeing experience they will not forget. With Halloween looming near every little one wants to experience a little bit of terror, and with the London eye story telling experience this will go down a treat.
Put on a witches cap and treat your child to this interactive Halloween experience (only suitable for 4-11 year olds, although I find it quite entertaining even sans child). So with the children happy and the days getting shorter it is a great time to see this sightseeing marvel with a narrative. Thoroughly enjoyable.
With this London attraction located on South bank make sure you check out some of the meal marvels that South bank have to offer after the 60-minute ride.
- The new 4D Experience is included with your ticket.
- Book your tickets online (http://www.londoneye.com/TicketsAndPrices/Tickets/Default.aspx) at least the day before your visit and save up to 10% on the standard ticket price.
Adult (16+ years) £16.74
Child (4-15 years) £8.59
Senior 60+ £13.50
Under 4 years FREE
Family of 4 (2 Adults + 2 Children) £45.60

Rooibos tea is commonly called Red Bush tea, recently it has been said it can be seen as a potential treatment for acne. The name of this tea gets its name as the leaves of the plant turn red instead of green when oxidized.
