Soft Licorice

The All Natural Soft Licorice by Panda Licorice tastes great and has an amazing aftertaste. It is nice and chewy; probably one of the best I have had. It's imported from Finland and is made from all natural ingredients. If you are craving something sweet, this is it. It's low in fat, and actually good for you (doesn't contain preservatives or artificial colours).

Marks & Spencer Café (Epsom, Surrey)

If you have been shopping at Marks & Spencer (Epsom, Surrey) and and want to have a short lunch or tea break; Marks & Spencer has it all sorted. The very cute Café located on the top floor, has a wide selection of sandwiches, toasts and salads (all Marks & Spencer range off course) and we personally highly recommend the Jacket Potatoes; we had it with Tuna and Sweetcorn but there are some other choices too. The food tasted great; no surprise there as Marks & Spencer are famous for their high quality range of foods. This place is ideal for families.

Sorbet is always a good alternative to any desserts if you are looking after your weight; its low in fat and contains fresh fruits. Buy online a selection of the Rookbeare Sorbet at Ocado or head to Harrods.

Cadbury Buttons

For Christmas there is nothing better than a little bit of Cadbury's. Cadbury's milk buttons are by far a favourite with their bite size amounts making them the perfect treat for little one's over Christmas time. As my 1 year old godson demonstrated the way to eat them is to let it just dissolve on your tongue.

Chocolate is Cadbury's.

Assa, West End - London

Assa is a cute, small restaurant serving authentic Korean food with several set meal options at lunchtime which are very good value for your money. Assa is open in the evening as well and the menu offers a good range of dishes from stir-fries to hot pots. Please note that due to its size (the restaurant is very small) sometimes it might be a bit difficult to get a table but thanks to its quick service the wait is not very long. Highly recommended!!

We absolutely love the Chai Latte at Caffe Nero; that is why we keep coming back to have it! Even if you have it with Skinny Milk it tastes as great and, as we have repeatedly said, it's the perfect Winter drink! Grapes, one of the most delicious fruits, are rich in vitamins A, C, B6 and folate. They are also a great source of several minerals like potassium, calcium, iron, phosphorus and magnesium.

One of the most important health benefits of grapes is the fact they are rich in resveratrol (a powerful anti-oxidant) which has been found to play protective function against cancers of colon and prostate, coronary heart disease, Alzheimer's disease, viral infections and also reduces stroke risk. To find out more about its benefits follow this link

Buy them now at Asda or at Sainsbury's where you can get 2 packs of 500gr for £4.
